Programs & Services

Our dedicated staff works hard to ensure that you are empowered and in control of your own life and opportunities. We can help with everything from financial planning assistance to housing issues, peer support to advocacy services. And if there is ever a problem we can’t solve or question we can’t answer, we have all the resources necessary to point you in the right direction and contact the appropriate people who can cater to your specific needs.

Our assistance begins with our five core services: advocacy, information and referral, peer support, independent living, transition and youth transition. If you have any questions about the services and programs we offer, please Contact Us.
