Sometimes Atlantis Community, Inc. may not have the resources, programs, or staff necessary to help in a particular situation—whether that’s due to funding constraints, limitations of our Independent Living programs, or a lack of training/knowledge (for example: we do not have anyone on staff qualified to give legal advice or provide legal services). However, that does not mean we cannot still be useful to you! Even when there is nothing we can personally do, we still have the information and networking necessary to connect people with the programs and services that they need out in the community. Whether you’re looking to purchase a new wheelchair or trying to find apartment that is affordable and accessible, Atlantis may be able to help guide you in the right direction.

Footprints in the Sky

Footprints in the Sky is a Denver-based 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation dedicated to providing flights to medical facilities throughout the United States, for all people in need of medical care, whether it be routine in nature, critical or life-saving.

Our goal is to provide humanitarian assistance to patients without the financial capability and resources to facilitate this travel for themselves.

Good Neighbor Garage

Good Neighbor Garage’s Denver car charity mission is to serve Colorado’s working poor by providing much-needed, reliable, low-cost transportation. Our program matches families in need with appropriate vehicles so they can gain or maintain full-time employment. With your generosity and support, we can help working families in our community stay employed, support their families, and live a better life.


InspirationField has been providing services since 1966 in an area covering 3,611 square miles. Today, it is one of Colorado’s 20 Community Centered Boards, designated as the sole provider of comprehensive services and support for approximately 180 adults and children with developmental disabilities in Crowley, Otero, and Bent counties. InspirationField works with those individuals diagnosed with mental retardation, autism, cerebral palsy, Down’s syndrome, and numerous other developmental disabilities. Each person determined eligible is entitled to case management services through InspirationField; other core programs meet the needs of individuals and their families throughout life: Early intervention, family support services, comprehensive services, and day program and supported employment.
