Deaf & Hard of Hearing Services
Access starts with real communication.
At ACI, we believe that access isn’t just about having an interpreter in the room- it’s about being truly understood. Our Deaf and Hard of Hearing services are built on that belief.
We have Deaf staff on our team and offer direct communication in ASL, so you can show up as yourself from the first conversation. No relay calls, no waiting, no translation barriers- just real communication. For those who are late-deafened, hard of hearing, or still finding their way, interpreter services are also available so that communication is never a barrier to getting support.
Whether you’re navigating housing, public benefits, employment, or simply figuring out your next step, we walk alongside you as a peer, an advocate, and a guide. We understand what it means to move through systems that weren’t designed with Deaf people in mind- and we know how to help you push back, advocate for yourself, and build the life you want on your own terms.
