InPower Youth Summit

What Is The InPower Youth Summit?
The InPower Youth Summit is an interactive five day summit (July 13-17th, 2020) for young adults with significant disabilities, ages 18-26, as they gear up for shifting into adulthood. The Youth Summit will provide personal development in leadership skills, confidence, self-advocacy, and identifying resources available in their community. Peer mentors with disabilities will lead activities and off-site adventures, as a direct connection to more leaders in the community.

Who Can Participate?
Young adults who identify as having any disability – whether it be physical, mental, intellectual, cognitive, developmental, Deaf/HOH, visual, or all of the above. Preference will be given to applicants between the ages of 18-26 who live in Adams, Arapahoe, Clear Creek, Denver, Douglas, Elbert, and Jefferson counties. If you have leadership experience or want to explore your leadership potential, this summit is for you!
